Found this tooth today. It is the best fossil I have ever found!! I am ecstatic about it. I found it just laying under a pipe in GMR in Greenville, NC. Approaching 3"

Beautiful tooth! I found very few in that color when I went there a few years ago, is there a specific stretch of the creek where light colored teeth are more common or was it just great luck?

What an amazing beauty! The serrations are an absolute killer for a tooth of that size.

If you're a fossil nut from Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, or Torrance, feel free to shoot me a PM!

Yes it is really more of a special hole that has these white teeth. Unfortunately,  I think its cleaned out. Always looking for that new honey hole!
