My mother found this in southern Oregon on a rockhound beach trip and asked if I could get some ID help. Thank you for any information I can pass on to her.

Cephalopod shell would be what comes to mind, but somehow I wonder.

Wait a minute. Spyroceras is Devonian ?

Erratic ?

No Silurian/Devonian in that area that I have heard of (for what that's worth).

There is some Cretaceous.  Maybe a heteromorphic ammonite like Glyptoxoceras?  Were there any other associated fossils?  They might help to pin down an age.

I wouldn't consider this associated but this was found close by. I could be completely wrong but this looks like a pice from Brachiopod.

They are foreign to me, but I suspect it could be a rudist. The Cretaceous age would fit.

I appreciate the help from everyone here. I am very grateful. .

You can't really give knowledge away. I find that usually I end up accumulating more when I try.
