his was found in a creek in the twin city area in Minnesota. Looks old to me but maybe just discolored from being in the water? Thanks in advance

It's a tibia.  It seems too gracile to be from a cow.  I don't have a good image of a deer tibia, but maybe you can find one on the internet.

This looks like (by size and shape) deer or candid (Dog/wolf). Can you add an end view.
