E4987FE2-1041-4BF3-8F01-64DC01080450.thumb.jpeg.123524e80160a1ebdef9b83625e8d472.jpegWhile searching for sharks teeth, I found this object. It wasn’t down in the surf, it was up in the drier part of the sand. Has pretty distinctive groove on one side.

To me, this looks like a partial internal cast (steinkern) of a gastropod. 

That's probably as far as you can get for an ID.
