Hi friends can you help me with this , it was a surface find at a dhruima city , it is formed of multi shells ,i thought at 1st it is a type of brachiopods ( hercosestria ) but that was very old , so what could it be ?

is it a Barnacle ??

I don't know what the age of the formation is, nor am I familiar with the fauna found in Saudi Arabia.  So, based on little-to-no knowledge of what I'm talking about, I'd have to agree that if I found these in the cretaceous exposures around Austin, Tx., I'd ID them as a group of oysters.  Sorry, I can't get you any closer than that.

I'm not familiar with what is found in your area, but judging only by the photo I would say oyster.
