Heylookyhere
I found 2 of these when I put in a septic system along with crynoid calyxs, nautilus, and ammonite peices. Wouldn’t expect to find anything like this here.
El_Hueso
Welcome from Texas! We need to know where exactly was it located, what type of sediment is also helpful. Please include pictures from top, bottom, and both sides. It is very difficult if not impossible to ID a specimen without multiple photos. We also need a size reference. ID is impossible without knowing how big this is.

It is a deposit, likely in concretion, of bits and pieces of fossils which are only marginally recognizable.
Heylookyhere
Another angle with fingers for size. There are two of them same shape.
Rockwood
Looks like largely crinoid pieces. Notice the five part symmetry on the columnal just above the thumbnail, second photo.
