First, welcome to TFF from Austin, Tx.  You've found the right place to bring such questions!

I believe you have a rugose coral a.k.a. horn coral.  It looks similar to specimen I found in Rockford, Iowa in a Devonian age quarry.  Where did you find yours?  Do you know what age it is?

Found it in Vinton iowa but I have no idea on the age, it was during a construction project and everything was piled up when I got there. Guessing not very deep
