Please help Id this fossil

we found it in a creek in north central Florida 

are the holes natural??

It does look very much like bone to me, but I'm no expert on that so I'll wait for them to make the call.

I hunt South Central Florida, specifically the Peace River Formation.  These are rock boring clams:

The fossil most likely is dugong/manatee rib, broken but unidentifiable.
