Found this at Paulding Ohio Fossil Park. This is the only one in 5-6 visits to this location.  Is this a rare find?

I’m thinking crinoid calyx.

Can we see some pictures of the other sides?

Can't wait to do a little prep on this one.  I'll take some different angle shots when I get a chance.

Crinoid calyx and stem segment. +1 -- Really obvious in that last photo.

That is a Gilbertsocrinus.  Any crinoid from Paulding is a really rare find.  Crinoids were no where near as common at the Paulding site as they are at Sylvania.  I keep every single crinoid I come across from Paulding.
