Another ongoing ID thread

Hi guys I’m doing a bit of an overhaul on my collection and I have found some unidentified things I would appreciate anyone’s help in identifying them thanks in advance,

will:)

ps the boxes are 7x12cm

1.bartonian amber from Gdańsk  (Baltic)

2.stuff from pen Dixie

Your numbering is off. 

 

Photo 1, top: crinoid columnals.

Photo 2:  2 upper left are crinoid columns; rest are horn corals.

Photo 3, 7 & 8: petrified wood- probably Paleocene or newer.

Photo 4 & 6: insects for experts to ID.

Photo 5: crinoids columnals.

Photo 9, last: (clockwise from top left) brachiopod; Halycites coral; crinoid columnals; ditto; ditto.

 

My goal is to leave no stone or fossil unturned.

Thanks, just one question I know they are Crinoidea columnals but I was wondering if it is possible to if something from such a small part

Probably not, unless the location is known. Even then, if there are multiple species of crinoid, then it will be difficult to narrow it down. 

Most crinoid columnals are not diagnostic, in and of themselves.  :unsure:

Do you guys agree with the id’s I’ve attempted and do you have any id’s for the others thanks:)( small numbers match up) the teeth are from lee on solent and the bivalves from bracklesham(notice#1 is from a different bed
