Sorry, ... no claws or talons here. 

This looks like a rock with some worn cleavage marks. 

I'm not seeing anything fossil-wise here.

As already mentioned in one of your other posts, a more exact description of location is asked for. As also already mentioned, the bedrock in Missouri is almost exclusively Paleozoic, which excludes any chance of finding fossilized birds or dinosaurs. If you want to find dinosaurs, go west, young lady :)
