Yes that looks like a extinct juvenile steppe bison vertebra.    I found adult dorsal vertebra and juvenile steppe bison vertebra recently ( see my picture) Those bison went extinct early Holocene period around 11,000 years ago.  Second picture is actually a ancient deer vertebra, but other bones are probably bison.
