erose
We would need to know where you found it to be be more specific. But at first glance, and assuming you found it in Ohio, It appears to be a chunk of the ancient sea floor. The large broken item is a solitary coral. Often called horn coral. The smaller "ribbed" items are brachiopods. There appear to be many more fossils on the slab but they are covered in matrix.

caldigger
The "tusk" is the coral of which erose spoke of. No mammals at this geologic time frame.

Mark Kmiecik
Great hash plate. A really nice unusually shaped coral. Nice find. Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
