Llano River fossil identification

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I approach you as an ignorant-but-interested lay-to-geology person. We were vacationing in Llano Texas along the river there and my wife found what appears to be a couple of embedded fossils. I recognize that the items in question are small and incomplete and therefore probably difficult to identify, but I welcome your input and advice. (I'm having some adventures trying to figure the right way to convert and upload images to this forum).

Thank you for your time,
