FF56
Found these 2 pieces of rock next to each other while beachcombing on Saltwick Bay, North Yorkshire. I believe they are bone because of the honey comb structure. Can anyone confirm whether the rocks are bone or just rock. Many thanks for any help with identification.....other photos to follow. facehugger
Don't believe it is a bone, but perhaps a trace fossil. Others with greater expertise will chime in soon.

Pemphix
Not a bone for sure. And not a rock the whole piece is, i think. It's rest of concrete or something - you can see different pebbles and grains in the matrix on the right side in second photo. Left side seems to be rock, so for me it looks that it's the rest of a somehow wall with bricks from natural stone and a rest of concrete on it, waterworn.
