It is from kem kem.

The seller told me that it has not restoration.

Very nice claw the best you can do with identification is that's it's an indeterminate theropod.   Only a couple of claw morphologies have been identified in the Kem Kem and only to a family level.  Looks to be all authentic no resto pops out.

Thank you so much!!!! Posible spinosaur? I am research about kem kem claws and I do not find any similar claw...

Definitely not Spinosaurid.  Like I said only a few have been described and only to a family level.
