dbrake40
Hello found this damaged skull on a rock bar in southern Minnesota. Thoughts on what it could be from? Insert existing attachment
LordTrilobite
Some more angles might help. Maybe from the side? Olof Moleman AKA Lord Trilobite

LordTrilobite
Well it's definitely the braincase of some type of mammal. Maybe a sheep or some type of deer? 1 Olof Moleman AKA Lord Trilobite
jnoun11
look like a cat skull definitly mammals. http://www.anatomicalprints.com/Cat_Skull_Anatomy_Poster.html The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it. ClearLake
I'd have to agree with @LordTrilobite that it is a sheep. Based on the shape of the parietal bone it is definitely an Artiodactyl and the rapidly flaring eye sockets and shape of the occipital condoyles as well as overall size, suggest a sheep of some type. Very fun find!!
