Hello!

I have seen this.
The seller assures that it is completely natural and is not polished.
What do you think?
Is it a good piece?
Thank you very much

I'm always a fan of a mold in a footprint "bottom" versus a cast "top" but pick the one you like best.

So for you the new one is better? I only see few footprints... so I do not know wich is better or more valuable for my collection...

Both are lovely . Toss a coin, choose one print as heads and one tails. If you’re disappointed with the out come. You have your answers.   :dinothumb:

My preference

Personally, I don't think "value" should really enter into the equation. :(

Do you like it?  Is it pleasing for you to look at?

Does it spark or stir your sense of imagination about the creature that made it, and the time it was alive?

These are the questions I ask myself before personally collecting or purchasing a fossil for my collection.  ;)

I agree some of my favourite fossil in my collection are not the best specimens I have. Some times it can be as simple as I like the position of the fossil on the matrix or two species in association making a pleasing composition.  I think if you are not sure you did  the right thing by asking Forum for an opinion.  If you like the one the members like go for it.  Pretty nice example
