Rays tooth (Ukraine) ?

I think it may be a partial upper tooth plate from a bony fish such as a diodontid.

Here's an image which better shows the enamel laminations which comprise the tooth hard parts.

Hi,

 

My idea is that it’s a Tetrodon tooth, look at the shape on the left of your picture. Here is an Helvetian one species (Miocene).
