Hey y’all what’s up my dudes. To be completely honest I’m not even sure if this is a fossil. 
 

This come from a late uncle of mine, I inherited his collection, and most of the contents are unlabeled. 
 

Anyway Here are some pictures.

or possibly an axis. Looks like it was found in a marine environment. If it's light weight, and from the sea, it's most likely modern, but not necessarily marine.

It would help tremendously if you had more information on it in regards to location found, deposit age, etc.

Picture two looks awfully like atlas vertebra of bison priscus bone I found in Pleistocene layer month ago.

Unfortunately, like I said, the person who would possibly know any details has unfortunately passed some time ago.
