Hell Creek dinosaur toe bone?

I picked up a little Hell Creek lot that hat this fossilized bone in it.  I think it might be a theropod toe bone from looking around on the web at Hell Creek bones.  Anyone with more experience (most everyone) have any opinions?

Doesn’t look like theropod sorry

No worries, I didn't even know think about turtles to be honest.  I'll add it to my Hell Creek turtle shell pieces.  I got it with some Hell Creek crocodilian teeth and claws.  I'll have to get some pictures of the claws, I assumed they were crocodilian.  I guess that turtle is a possibility as well.

I have to say, some of my favourite fossil in my Hell Creek collection are turtle phalanx. Nice pick up.
