Tetropod Footprints in Nova Scotia

Hello everyone,

I have been spending a lot of time searching for Carboniferous fossils near my cottage in Nova Scotia. Here are a few photos from my summer "expeditions" in which I found

many ichnofossils. However, this post will just be focusing on the tetrapod trackways . I would like to state that the collection of fossils in Nova Scotia is illegal, and all the fossils I found were brought to the attention of the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History.   Note: All of these footprints have been preliminary identified as Limnopus, but I would still like to hear your opinions.

What format are you using for your pictures? 

JPG, PNG?

I've been copy and pasting the images from my Google Drive on to the post. selecting the files wasn't an option an all my images exceeded 3.9 MB maximum. This is my first time posting pictures so please bear with me. I appreciate your patience.

 

 

Pretty sure the images are JPEG

There are freeware apps that will resize your pictures in batches so you could post them to the forum.

Methinks you have resized them a might too far!

You should be able to leave them quite a bit larger and still less than the size limit for posting. If you can't fit them all in one post, just post the rest in a reply (or replies).
