Anything other than velociraptor could have caused teeth marks on a Protoceratops?

Hey guys, I am researching about velociraptor and protoceratops relationships in the bayan mandahu formation. basically I have to talk about these two in the bayan mandahu but I was thinking to approach the question in a different way. Is there anything else around the time that could these tooth marks belong to on the protoceratops? or perhaps is there any other species kicking around with similar bone structure to the protoceratops?

Not sure what bone you are referencing but unless it was diagnostic or collected in association with known sketal material how would you know whats dinosaur its from.  There are also a number of theropods/others in that fauna that could create tooth marks so not sure how you could pin it down to a specific genus.
