Is it Ostracod fossil ?

These are 2 photomicrographs (XPL and PPL) . Can somebody tell me if it is an Ostracod or no ? 

I found so much of this structre in different shape.

Continental Limestone , Tunisia

Do we have any Arabic speakers that can help translate Tarek’s remarks? I think that he is trying to translate Arabic into English. I put his words into Google translate and came up with following:

Not necessarily, he was probably writing in a way both he and the OP understand, using Latin characters (they both speak Arabic)
