I found this next to the rest of

the bones exposed from the rock, it was loose. Found in penargb

Clearer photos may help show more detail, but I'm not currently seeing any sign of cancellous bone structure or the symmetry I'd expect to see with a vertebra.  Others familiar with your area might weigh in.

Yes, can't see any structure or shape suggestive of bone.

A weathered chunk of limestone, I would think.

I agree: rock with no indication that it's a bone.
