Pleistocene Terrace vertebra

Hello friends. Please help. This vert came from the Pleistocent Terrace deposits in Austin Co., Texas. It looks to me like it's reptilian but I can't find a match. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

It looks like a cervical vertebrae. Not sure to what.

I would check to see if it matched cow or small bison. Too short to be camel or llama. Too long for large carnivore (they all have shorter necks and cervicals).
