Need some help with identifying these plant fossils

I gathered these fern fossils from Cory’s lane in Rhode Island recently. Need some help with their identification. My guess is they look like Pecopteris but any more specific identification would definitely help.

@Bguild

Alethopteris is actually a seed fern, which are not true ferns.

Cool finds! Cory’s Lane is a great spot.

I think you’re right, these look Pecopteris sp. indent. It’s hard to see, but I think I can make out a few mid veins extending fully to the end of the pinnules. The majority of the Pecopteris that come out of Cory’s Lane are Pecopteris arborescens so if I were a betting man I’d guess that ID, but can’t really be certain without more detail preserved.

I think Alethopteris would have a more confluent base than what I’m seeing here.
