Is this bryzoan?

The low contrast between the fossil and the matrix does make it a bit hard to tell, but fenestrate bryozoan does seem the right call.

Definitely a fenetrate bryozoan, probably the genus Fenestella itself as several species are common in the Early Carboniferous limestone of Ireland.

When I enlarge the image, I do not see the windows and connecting processes in the questioned specimen. This one below clearly has the proper anatomy.

Which is why I think/ thought bivalve like this one.

Actually, now that I go back, I can see visible windows in certain areas. I was wrong!!! :DOH:

It took me a while to decide. I agree that the preservation makes it look not quite right when zoomed in.
