well, that's really a nice picture, but it would be much better if you could give at least some information:

"IMG_20140514_104122_936.jpg" and "spring vacation '14" might be sufficient for you to remember where you took the picture, but - sorry - for others, this is almost worthless.
Sorry for being so harsh, but this is the Fossil Gallery and not photobucket.

"The Gallery is intended to be a reference archive for images of your fossil specimens. Please include such information as each specimen's identity, geologic age, and location, and dimensions. Only bright, sharp photos are particularly useful in this regard, so please take the time to make them so.

Pictures of the collecting site, of the fossils in situ, and before-and-after preparation are allowed where such information is useful. Non-fossil treasures (gems, minerals, artifacts, relics, etc.) should not be published in the Galleries.

Images of fossils for the purpose of discussion should be posted directly to the appropriate discussion forum, as the Gallery does not facilitate this.

Thanks for the pointer, I really am just uploading the images and will go back through to update the info later. I'm using this more as an easy way to store and upload the pictures for insertion into my trip report, which I am still writing as well. Otherwise I wind up having 15-20 posts to the same topic, uploading a few pictures each time, so that I can show all the images I reference.

And in response:

- This may not be Photobucket but this my Member's Gallery and I have not uploaded any inappropriate images.

- I did not choose for people to see my images on the front page (which seems to be a default feature) which is the only way you noticed I even posted the images.

- It wasn't my intention to confuse anyone and I'll add what info is pertinent when I have a chance.

- Seems the rules have changed since when the galleries were originally created.
