9cm. With the shell almost complete, but showing the sutures on the calcite mold where it's missing. From the Wutach Valley. Sinon Bank, Murchisonae Zone, Upper Aalenian.

Thanks Tim. I've had this one in the collection for a while sitting in matrix, but now that winter has set in, I'm inspecting things more closely for lack of anything better to do and I noticed that the back side of this ammonite was probably better than the exposed front side, so I alleviated my boredom by prepping it out. I'm glad I did!
