Maybe a brachiopod, but not any that I am familiar with.  Looks more like a bellerophontid gastropod, such as maybe Pharkidontus, to me.

It very well could be, I thought it could be a brachiopod due to the ring structures visible on the left, but I did notice it looks really bizzare even for a brachiopod.
