A nice transitional GW from the Bahia Inglesa Formation. It has cusps and VERY tiny serrations that disspapear 1/3 down the blade. Enjoy!

A very nice example of an uncommon find, an Odontaspis ferox. From the Pliocene Epoch, appx. 3 MYA. From the Bahia Inglesa(Formerly Huarra) Formation in Antofagasta, Chile. Slant length is (7/8) inches. From the early Pliocene Epoch, Approximately 4-5 MYA.

Very beautiful and UNUSUAL lightning marks on this tooth! More visible on the non-display side(see previous tooth). Absilutely amazing that this tooth survived with both cusps intact, and even the secondary cusplets are intact, phenomenal preservation!
