    Comments

This fish belongs to the Hemiramphidae family (Halfbeaks) within the order Beloniformes; The halfbeaks are named for their distinctive jaws, in which the lower jaws are significantly longer than the upper jaws. Halfbeaks hunt insects and fish at the water surface in sometimes large groups.
