Saturday 09/06/2018 the BVP ( read: local paleontology club ) organised a fieldtrip to the quarry of " La Couvinoise" next to the town of Couvin. Here we find Eifelian deposits (former Couvinian ) We had a very nice day with various finds and the whole day we had the background noise of a chorus of green frogs who had made their home in the large pound in the old part af the quarry.
