Dipleura rib impression (Very exciting to have found 3 species in one trip!) amonoid Cephalopod Agoniatites vaxunemi (note the preservation of the sutre lines). and here is a conularid i found as well Possible pelecypod? brachiopods and lastly a couple of crinoid buttons dug out of the rock

Score one for luck. I got lucky and won this awesome fossil to add to my sloth collection. $14.99 shipped. Sometimes you just get lucky and nobody else bids! very rare sloth rib bone from the Pleistocene of North Florida. The species is either Megalonyx or Paramylodon. This specimen measures 6 1/4" long. This specimen is exceptionally well preserved and highly detailed.

Like the title, more from the landscaping rockbed. I only have Sundays to poke around in it and the rock is very dusty. Really hoping for a good solid rain to rinse it off. Is it OK to ask the husband for a second load for xmas? For some reason I keep getting the 3.95MB warning even tho my files are under limit, is this a common issue? That second one,I'm calling my Harry Potter rock...

The tooth that started it all, found while looking for rocks in the Santa Monica mountains. I just looked down and wow nice great white. At first I thought someone dropped it as why would there be a big shark tooth on the side of a mountain. Turns out I got lucky and found a great fossil. I have looked a bunch more and not found anything else in the area, it is still the largest tooth in my collection! Thanks for looking
