Fish tooth microfossils from South Lithuania- please help with ID

Dear Guys, Couple years ago I found this erratic of yellow sandstone in Varena town, South Lithuania and there were many tooth microfossils that I could not identify. One small tooth has cutting edge but the other are flat. In my opinion they look similar to ray- finned fish remains and I guess this erratic boulder can belong to Triassic or Jurassic. The remains are only 1- 2 mm length. Please help me to know what types of fish I have found in this erratic boulder and what the age could be. Any help will be appreciated! Best Regards Domas

Dear Guys, Today I found small piece of huge bone, its largest width is 5,4 cm, the joint does not look complexed (only one pit like surface). I think it is part of scapula or long bone. The fragment was found in Varena town, South Lithuania (the Baltic Region). Please help me to identify this fragment if anyone has comparable material or know the photos of the same bone in internet. Dear Guys, Today I walked again in the building site where the sand is deeply mixed up and found this bone, I think it should be from the latest ice age. It is 8 cm length. Any idea what is this and which mammal it should belong to? Best Regards Domas

Dear Guys, Today I walked in the sandy building site where the sand was deeply mixed up and found this humerus piece. It is very small talking about artiodactyls (the articular part is only 3 cm width) and judging by joint relief and shape it is surely very small bovid. I checked the Antilope cervicapra bones in the internet publication and looks the same! The width of the A. cervicapra humerus joint is also between 3 and 4 cm. I am almost sure that sheeps and goats have bigger bones and wider articular surface in the end of humerus. Please help to confirm the bone identification if you are familiar with these remains. Dear Guys, Few hours ago I was walking in the sandy building site and found the mammal canine that is 3,9 cm length. Very interesting is one thing- the upper part of canine is flattened in the cross section so I think it should be specific and rare carnivore. cani9d and felid canines are quite rounded in the cross section so I think it should belong to specific family. Please help to identify this specimen, if the rare taxon would be confirmed then it could be ice age and I would use it in my scientific book I create last two months. Best Regards Domas

Bird long bones from Uppermost Pleistocene of Lithuania

Dear Guys, I have collected several interesting bird long bones in the sand dune layers of Varena town, South Lithuania. Judging by the local stratigraphy and history, the sand in varena town is formed in the last glaciation (25- 10 thousand years ago), so there in my bone finds can be some bird genera that do not live in the Baltic Region today. If someone is familiar with ornithology, please take a look and help me to identify bird taxa. Any help will be appreciated! Please help to confirm Cave lion antherothoracic vertebrae from Lithuania

Dear Guys, Few days ago I found this thoracic vertebrae of quite big carnivorous mammal, it is 6 cm length with spineand has some very interesting relief features. The bone was found in Varena town, South Lithuania. There are some building sites where the sand of latest ice age dunes is deeply mixed up. By me this vertebra looks very similar to big felid like cave lion because I checked one publication with bones of Anyui lion. If you see the same features of lion vertebra here, please help with confirmation of this interesting find. Best Regards Domas

Dear Guys, Yesterday I found one premolar tooth that is 1,7 cm width and 3,5 cm length with root. The tooth was found in the sand dune layers of Varena town, South Lithuania (it is the Baltic States, Eastern Europe). Judging by flattened end and the vertically twisted relief of tooth I would think that the most possible should be Irish elk because the premolar teeth in its lower jaw looks almost the same. Please confirm this find or suggest your ideas, any help will be appreciated! Best Regards Domas

The first dicovery of Ctenodus lungfish in Baltic region

Dear Guys, I found this fossil in the July 21, 2017 in Varena town, South Lithuania (it is Southern part of Baltic States). The genus of this lungfish is Ctenodus, sp-ecies are not identified. Its age is from Svete horizon to Klykoliai series (Late Famennian- Lower Tournaisian). This genus is still not found in the Lithuania and Baltic States, my find in dolomite erratic is the first dicovery in this region. The length of fossil is 6 mm.
