What type of fossils are in this rock?

I've had this on my desk for years.  I am almost positive I would have found it on the north shore of lake Erie in southwestern Ontario.  Can anyone tell me what I am looking at?

Rugose horn coral. It's living space would be on the side facing into the rock.

Sure, rugose corals are rarely found like this.
