I agree this is most likely an Amphiplaga brachypterus.

I think I can count 9 dorsal fin rays, and 11 dorsal pterygiophores.

On my first ever trip out west I found an Amphiplaga in the GRF and it looks similar to your fish. I've noticed that many specimens of this particular species have well defined skin impressions, which seems in line with this being Amphiplaga.
