Unknown fossil/tooth? Maryland

I was going through my unknown fossil bits and thought this looked like the main cusp of a cow shark (Paleocene). My problem is....I can’t remember if I found this at Douglas Point or at flag pond (this is my only fossil that got mixed up)

Looks quite similar to part of a cephalic spine of a hybodont, check this thread

  I may be way off but it looks really similar

The hollowness is what seems oddest.  Whenever I see that kind of hollowness I think crab claw, though I have trouble with the shape.  I think a cephalic clasper is more bone like and flats at the tip.
