What Is This Please... Meteor Or Fossil

Found in a dry creek-bed in Gene Autry in Carter county Oklahoma. Washita Valley just south of the Arbuckle Mountains. I think it is a meteor of some sort but not sure and would like help identifying this item please if anyone knows or could help.

The top of it was laying next to the larger piece all in pristine shape and fits like a glove. There appears to be rust on it and it is a reddish color. The inside is hard and heavier. It makes my HD camera go weird with the color. Not sure why that happens. The settings are correct.

I don't think it is a meteor, it appears to be a concretion the concentric banding is typical of concretions.

Yup, a concretion for sure. Looks like an iron ore though I don't know the local geology so its hard to say more than that. Concretions like these sometimes have fossils embedded within them. BTY your concretion is a pretty nice example as the layers are very clear.

Also, welcome to the forum :)
