Hello, recently I went down to Beaumaris and found some fossils. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are? Thanks

I'm not familiar with Beaumaris but if that is a fossil, I would say crinoid stem section. I don't see a whole lot of other detail that would help identify it. Maybe part of a cephalopod?

Nope. Much too recent a site to be crinoid. The Beaumaris Sandstone dates from around 4.5-6.5 mya.

This PDF will give you a better idea of the types of fossils found at Beaumaris:

BTW: The PDF shows your specimen as a phosphate nodule pseudofossil.

Cheers.
