Found this bone at the milk river AB, looks like a toe bone

I found this bone when I was vacationing at the milk river, AB. I found it on a cliff ledge, under about 9 feet of sand.

 

It feels petrified compared to other fossils I have, and it looks like the toe bone of a theropod.

That looks like a bovid foot bone to me....bison maybe?

Yep, definitely not dinosaurian (let alone theropod); I'd agree on a mammal phalanx..

I get the impression of cervid . . . elk, maybe.
