Me Again - NSR Identification

Hello again,

 

Had a good trip last weekend. Quite a few to clean but have a few need help with. Not sure what this is but odd shape stood out to me. Any ideas? Will take better pics if needed.

Thinking it's a concretion. Shapes can be very misleading at NSR. I try to let me eye be drawn by unusual colors, rather than shape...

I'm seeing a concretion, but also some interesting things on the surface that may indicate some internal complexities. I would be tempted to tap that with hammer until it cracks.
