Troodon
Claws without the articulation surface are very hard to diagnose and when the provenance is questionable even more difficult. Although the Morisson is present in Montana Ive not seen individual specimens offered for sale, most are from other States like Wyoming, Colorado or Utah. Other possibilities include Anzu wyliei if its Hell Creek.
