New Members ls35 Posted May 18, 2020 New Members Share Posted May 18, 2020 I found this rock at my lake house in Chesterfield, MA. Not sure exactly what it is, but it definitely does not look like just a rock to me. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated! Kane
Welcome to the Forum. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any distinct features such as recognizable morphology to suggest this is a fossil, but rather a water-tumbled stone with some differential weathering. 3 ...How to Philosophize with a Hammer

Ludwigia
There's no such thing as "just a rock", since the variations in form and content are practically infinite and get the imagination rolling. Kind of like clouds. Still, this is just a rock in my opinion Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
