Unknown Fossil Found Near Lake!

I found this rock at my lake house in Chesterfield, MA. Not sure exactly what it is, but it definitely does not look like just a rock to me. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated! Thanks

Unfortunately, I am not seeing any distinct features such as recognizable morphology to suggest this is a fossil, but rather a water-tumbled stone with some differential weathering.

There's no such thing as "just a rock", since the variations in form and content are practically infinite and get the imagination rolling. Kind of like clouds. Still, this is just a rock in my opinion :)
