Here's Bivalve(I think).  The closest Id I could find is: Pteriomorphia ambonychiacea.  But, usually when I think I've id'd something... I'm wrong...what do others think?

Not a brachiopod, but a bivalve methinks.

That was my thoughts...but, couldn't find it...I'll look again.  Looking again the id that I gave is of a bivalve...I'll try to edit the title.  Ahh, success!

Size, where you found it, would help narrow it down.

Approx. 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4 " wide(that I can measure).  The where is in the description:  Cortland Cnty., Central NY, Devonian, and Tully Limestone.

Looks like an internal mold. Hard to tell without detail.

I am not too familiar with Tully Formation fauna, but that appears to have the outline shape of Mytilarca ( a bivalve) which is found in the Windom Shale right below the Tully.

I'll look this up.  I've been busy trying to find neg. pieces...so far I've found three large parts which represent most of the positive (with slight ridges)that I have.  I don't think I'll ever learn to not clean off my station with a vacuum before I check everything out first.  So far I've torn two vacuum bags apart looking for pieces I was missing!  Ugh!
