Found Item hoping to get and Id of what it might be.

I have found another very unusual item. It is white about four inches in length and weights about 11oz. Found in upper middle Tennessee. Any replies are appreciated... Even if it is simply another stone or type of stone or ocarina it would be so nice to know.

Sorry, not a bone.

 

I would suggest studying the stratigraphy of your area, as you aren't likely to find fossilized bone.  Here is some information to help:
