I think it's more likely a sand tiger, but there isn't enough there to say, in my opinion.

I agree, looks more like a sand tiger, just missing the side cusps

And the root and most identifying features.

 

But yes, likely one of the many species of sand tigers. Likely could not even I.D. to Genus.
