NovaTooth72
Is there ways to know anything on bone pieces like these? They are quite big. Top: Length: 3.5" or 8.75cm Width: 2.2" or 5.5cm Bottom: Length: 2.75" or 7.3cm Width: 2" or 5cm Edited August 11 by NovaTooth72 Add measurements
debivort
I think it may not be possible to ID these bone pieces. Too fragmentary. 1
debivort
That said, given the size, there is a good chance they are from a whale or other cetacean. Holden produces Cretaceous material, so I suppose marine reptile is also technically a possibility, but there may be some way to rule that out — I'm not sure. 1
