Moth.11
Good morning. In the menilite shales I found a fish specimen unlike any other I have ever seen. Looks like scopthalmus, but is much longer. Size 1 - 2 centimeters. Photo of unknown species Size
oilshale
Sorry, but with a fragmentary head, no recognizable position of the fins, and an unknown number of fin rays, the fish cannot be identified, Edited September 9 by oilshale 2 Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes (Confucius, 551 BC - 479 BC). oilshale
Sorry to disappoint you. Maybe a paleoichthyologist would be able to do that, but he would have to examine the fossil directly. This is hardly possible from pictures alone. In any case, that's beyond my knowledge - I am just an amateur. 1 Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes (Confucius, 551 BC - 479 BC).
